Document Management System :
The basic use of the DMS is to store the documents and managing the documents . Normally in some applications documents are stored and retrived from Database.But if multiple documents are there, at the time of retriving the documents it looks slow.DMS is specially designed for documents Saving , retriving and editing the document Properties . Documents may be doc,xls ,jpg,png ,pdf,tif .....etc.
Some of the DMS are : OpenKM , OmniDocs , ......etc
These are the DMS were used to create the folders and documents in structured format .By using webservice calls and server calls we create the folders ,documents , add noted to Properties ...etc.
These DMS also provide Authentication users .So,o the basis of the role operations to be made .
